DMCA Policy

At Unified Haven, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify us by sending a notice to our designated copyright agent at unifiedhaven@gmail.com.

To be considered effective, your notification must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will take down the infringing content as soon as possible. We may also notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notification.

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent at the email address provided above. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you are located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the allegedly infringing content in accordance with the DMCA.

Please note that we reserve the right to remove any content that we believe to be infringing, without prior notice to the user who posted the content, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
